But the report due out tomorrow is not a Q, but rather is the 2016 Annual Report. CGRA files its "Annual Report" with OTC each year in April, with the typical delay of 14-15 days. Companies that release audited financials always release the annuals as audited. So, something just doesn't sound right in claiming this report due out is only a Q or that the expectation was not that it would be audited.
