Huge dilution is right. $90k debt / the current stock price which is .0005 = 180m shares. I'm sure the conversion price is a lot lower than .0005. It's probably more like .0001. If that is the case we are talking 900M shares would have to be sold to pay off $90k worth of debt. Ouch indeed. Now it makes sense why the CEO recently increased the share structure.
