Once the big seller is gone, so are these prices. The difference is that this time, if the OS doesn't increase a bunch, it will go and stay. Think of how thin this traded on the way up, it probably had <300m shares trading. Now it's beginning to get right for the run. Then the only blocks will be retail, not retail and old shares.
