HAON. So, what is available as DD is no good? Chances are, correct. I can not count the times I have been hoodwinked. The average investor is not in the ring of those who really know what is going on.
If the intentions of the management team is to present smoke and mirrors and then escape out the back door, well..we are doomed as you say.
But I have found a few "gems" where the real goal is to succeed the old fashioned way...via merit and hard work...with revenue and profit to prove it.
It all comes down to trust because you are ill advised to believe entirely all of what you read or for that matter what you hear. Results are the only truths to the investor.
It is truly a gamble that I have faith in HAON's management to manifest into a viable entity. It does take revenue and profit to do that. Currently little is to be shown that to exist. Revenue and profit to date is nil and therefore share sales/bargaining-chips are the only means of going forward while results fill in the gaps as the company grows.
Not all dilution is harmful if used for the purpose of future asset building or revenue generating prospects. Here, I choose to believe that is the case.
