Then the investors have to hang onto them until the price hits 1.00 or the time of the contract has been reached. You will have to call and inquire about the contract length like the PR states. I imagine they would only contract those D shares for 2 to 3 years max due to the company would nt want to have to pay 5 % royalties and 5 % interest that long to everyone that has D shares. This seems to be a quick, cost effective way to fund by using big investors like Meyers, ECT. and not have to give up the majority of their company or use toxic lenders any more..VERY POSITIVE......

Man, this thing isn't hitting a buck. Especially within six months! They would have to have news like they were partnering with ExxonMobil and would have to do an RS for that to happen. We will be lucky to see 7 cents imo
