The CEO has got a lot done in the short time being public. AMLH is listed as an alternative reporting company for now so are t required to file 8ks. OTC should be updated any time, waiting on OTC to grant access. Next priority is addressing the share structure which they are considering a buy back. Lots going on and a little patience will show how quick things get done.
