Tom said he was going to do an RS, share stucture out of control, we longs knew it was coming ( when???) He told us in the 10k, if one read it, Tom has been plain and simple (old school)......
INMG TOM is the most forth coming CEO I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.... IMO
