That's where this gets interesting.....100 MM shares will be restricted for at least 6 months probably 12 assuming this stays as a non SEC filer. There were 42.000, FORTY TWO ThOUSAND shareholders. Do the math. No one will even be able to afford to deposit those shares at Alpine or Wilson Davis or a similar firm to do the deposit and review fees.
You can forget about those 100 MM shares.....they'll NEVER come to market.
What's interesting is WHY QMKR may need such a large shareholder base.
