The decline in volume that you've rightfully pointed out also begs the question ... why isn't there more interest in this name now that Mongolia has gotten an IMF bailout AND the company has exited the bankruptcy process AND coking coal prices have strengthened?

I'll guess that first quarter revenues come in at $125M, only because this company seems to have a tendency to undershoot realistic expectations, which in this case would be $144M (400kT/month x 3 x $120 = $144M).
