Its obvious by the last couple PR's that GE wants the price higher for kalani to sell shares, It's going higher... and shorts are also going to have to pay on their short shares when dividend occurs, plus what ever interest they are paying.... GE controls this, and he wants the pps up. The big boy shorts are covering because they saw the sign

All someone needs to do is buy the float for <100M, and ask for delivery of their shares.
