Go to Otcmarkets website. Their SEC reporting status is delinquent. Not necessarily a violation, but delinquent is not good.

Before you state they filed an NT-10k....SEC apparently didn't accept it or it wasn't on time. Because if it was on time/accepted...SEC would not flag them as delinquent.

Example (not claiming it is a good stock) MGTI filed an NT-10K and they are still flagged as a current filer.
