I agree and think that Amazon's emergence on the scene will have a very positive effect upon the renegotiation of the leasebacks that PLUG signed with Walmart.
And the announcement of the new favorable terms will probably give us a pop more than the Amazon announcement did because we may no longer have that drag on our bottom line!!!
