You are 100% correct that any person that wants to do sales for this company NEEDS to do their DD on the company and not set themselves up for NON-PAYMENT(commissions) on sales ,Financial outlay and time and emotional outlay ,while also loosing their own personnel reputation from no company support on promises to customers . If they get no draw and just unregistered stock ,
they will progressively lose value ,while waiting for the stock to be sold over whatever time period they are restricted to by contract.

I understand the pain, we all have been there. The opportunities I see to increase sales and build a brand for Growlife here in Michigan are limitless. Not to mention I already built relationships with BM grow-stores.
All it would take is to put in the footwork.
So my offer is up for a chance to erese and possibly turn green those losses.
