Accumulation? By whom? Stock is down 25%. Nobody is accumulating. The CEO owns 27 million shares. No beneficial owners other than the directors. Even DeJesus owns no stock. Anyone who owned more than 5% would show; nobody shows. 5% of the stock is 50 million.

It costs $15000 to own 5% of the stock. Therefore, it is proven in legal documents that no person owns $15000 in this stock. In fact, the pathetic directors own a cumulative 7.15% of the stock. That's less than $20000.
