#11891 RE: emdyal #11889

Mr. Reality says there hasn't been a well or any activity in ERHC'S JDZ blocks for over 6 years and no activity and no partner in their EEZ blocks for over a decade. Mrs. Reality says, at these oil prices, there won't be any activity any time soon and that ERHC is out of money. It's always good to come back to the Realilities for real answers as opposed to wishful thinking.

Possibly, but what will that mean for ERHC...?

Oranto has a drill or drop decision deadline of January 2018 for both JDZ Block 5 and EEZ Block 3, where ERHC is not involved. As of March, they were looking for a partner(s) for both blocks. Maybe they have found one already?

Additionally, AEI reported yesterday that Oranto is expected to take over operatorship of JDZ Block 2. However, since they are looking for a full carry on JDZ-5 and EEZ-3, they obviously don't have the resources to drill JDZ-2 on their own, let alone carry ERHC. But maybe they buy out ERHC's stake in the block?
