Heres a few things i found.

First the address listed on the last 8k is for Delos Investment Management.





After looking up Delos Investment Management i found Euronaut Partners is the majority shareholder. Euronaut Partners address comes up as the same address as Euroseas.












So Euroseas is the majority investor in Delos Investment Management, whose address was on our last 8k. On top of that Brian Ladin the CEO is second majority investor, and also cofounder of Delos Shipping.


Brian Ladin also helped take Euroseas public via reverse merger with Cove Apparel Inc.
