Sir Alfred J. DiMora to Head Evolutionary Intelligence LLC
Palm Springs, California – April 13, 2017 – Sir Alfred J. DiMora, founder of DiMora Enterprises LLC, DiMora Motorcar, and DiMora Mobile, has been appointed Managing Director of Evolutionary Intelligence LLC.
As an industrialist and entrepreneur who understands the value of intellectual property, Mr. DiMora's accepting of this position can be easily understood. Evolutionary Intelligence LLC is currently advancing intellectual property and technology based upon advanced network computing devices first filed in 1998.
Mr. DiMora stated, “Unfortunately, our patents system no longer serves inventors or the stated intention of our country's founders in the Constitution. The case of Evolutionary Intelligence shows the level to which the enforceability of patents has degenerated, potentially raising questions of constitutionally adequate protection in due process.” He added that "If patents can survive a barrage of Inter Partes Review challenges wholly intact, only to be invalidated by a dismissal on the pleadings, one must question whether any patent is safe. How can you at such an early stage throw away the presumption of validity guaranteed by statute and clearly ruled upon by the Supreme Court?"
