Except that prior to the FDA WARNING LETTER, the FDA had made a similar formal observation about Elite in which the CEO responded they take this very seriously, blah, blah blah and it would be rectified

Subsequently, the rectification was BS since the FDA then issued a WARNING LETTER, which is more serious than the previous Observation warning

I believe CEO also stated in a subsequent call that all points regarding manufacturing warning letter have been rectified. No longer an issue.

So we've heard this BS before from the CEO
