yes. yesterday, the stock traded enough volume for the remaining shares in the authorize to be exhausted. now, they will have to raise the authorized to further accommodate the debt conversions. not rocket science. all one has to do is read the filings. it's there. if anybody bothered to read the filings, they wouldn't touch txhe, imo...that is, if they used good judgement. so, now there are a ton of folks stuck in this.
