News of legalization isn't "baked" into the current pps because it hasn't happened yet.
ATTBF not only has a grow license but is also the premier testing facility in CA.
You can't "bake in" potential profits.

For all those who care....statements like this are commonly used by shorters to bring uncertainty to a positive ticker. ATTBF is undervalued. SS is amazing and with news should be $1 minimum.

If it's a yes vote, the magnitude of it would affect the Canadian mj index 100 times more than what Colorado did in 14.
