no, but if it's stock maniuplation behind the volume, then it is artificial and fooling investors into thinking that there are real buyers here. that is the problem with plays that are manipulators by those behind the scenes of the volume. if any regulator were to watch level ii and examine dolv trading time and sales, they would be HIGHLY suspicious of manipulation and artificial volume. this is a company with 800 mil os and the stock gets pushed up on 2 mil shares of "buying." that is suspicious. i would bet that if they followed the paper trail on the trades for dolv in the past several days, they would probably find one or two people behind this so-called "volume."
