no, but if it's stock maniuplation behind the volume, then it is artificial and fooling investors into thinking that there are real buyers here. that is the problem with plays that are manipulators by those behind the scenes of the volume. if any regulator were to watch level ii and examine dolv trading time and sales, they would be HIGHLY suspicious of manipulation and artificial volume. this is a company with 800 mil os and the stock gets pushed up on 2 mil shares of "buying." that is suspicious. i would bet that if they followed the paper trail on the trades for dolv in the past several days, they would probably find one or two people behind this so-called "volume."

and there is vert on both the bid and ask of the stock. watch the clip. it will tell the story. i wouldn't be surprised if the person or person's behind the volume are not following this board. today they are staying on the bid and ask simultaneously just long enough to push up the pps with a few shares. watch. they are selling on the ask.
