Well anyone whose done any DD with Dwyer knows that he's a fraud and has never come through with any of his laughable divys, uplists, buybacks, etc. He's been scamming shareholders for over 10 years and laughing at his shareholders.

I don't have any shares and was waiting for positive financials, but wasn't this at current status a couple months ago? I could be wrong, but thought it was. Would appreciate some feedback.
