I'm sorry, but if you have 22 years of experience, you should know that an 8k is the norm, not twitter. I am very thick skinned, so I could really care less about what people say, but if we can't express a thought that isn't "to the moon" or "losing a zero today", what good is the forum? Agreed! The CEO literally just took over (in OTC time) and he's openly transforming the company right in front of our eyes...PATIENCE!

Pennywize, an 8-K is required to be filed within 4 business days of the date the Material Event occurred no matter what the circumstance.
