If it's such a good deal at this price, why doesn't GE buy a bunch?

The value of the vessels is $2 million less than current debt. Cash is good but it isn't earning anything. Net value is something less than current cash hoard and per share ownership in the cash is getting less with each new share being printed. Throw in the risk of "what's next" from GE and the pps is hard to value.
