:-) I didn't know the previous shell was investigated by the SEC. Until the SEC completely deletes them, these shells can cycled and recycled under new names, new officers, new share structures. But all the while an insider or group of insiders maintain ownership control. Since some have gone on for so many years the insiders are buried so deep no one can figure out who they are. When the SEC does decide to conduct an investigation the folks assigned to the case know they have to roll up their sleeves and plug away.

Please tell me it's not this simple...I've read several of the 8Ks and anytime OWCP is the owner of the particular 8K, Mordechai signs it as the CEO. When its One World Cannabis (i.e. Research agreement signed in January 2017) its signed by Ziv Turner. Are we this stupid? TWO ENTITIES.....OWCP and ONE WORLD CANNABIS!!!! Two CEOs?????
