As of 2 or 3 days ago Ziv is no longer on the OWCPharma website.

That was when I starting trying to figure out why and all I have been able to find is chatter.
But why would he be removed from their management page on their website?
Does anyone know for sure what the filing rules are on the OTC for such a management change?

Is that not the point of going public to raise funds to grow a company, or am I wrong, is it to raise money selling shares to only payout to those buying shares and never invest any in the company. Go figure.
