Yes and no. Yes, it can cross break out from that down trend line, because of (a), (b), (c). (a), (b) and (c) are some reasons each one of us can fill in.
No, it can't break out from that down trend line, because tutes and retail would short at that level.

In order to be safe, one can wait for the break out, retrace and test back at 1287. Lets wait for a couple of days to see which way it goes.

Yes, no question we are going to 1300 in the coming weeks. Then consolidation, then another push above 1300 will bring 1,500.

The rate of the push is the only question.
Does it take months or years...either way, the gold is here to shine for quite some time to come.
