Given the muted stock price reaction to the news you posted, fears of the equity getting wiped out during the restructuring process weren't the root cause of the decaying stock price since the beginning of the year.

I would be lying if I told you that I didn't feel significant amounts of both fear and disgust at the recent nightly stock price action in Hong Kong. Then again, emotions are the enemy of the patient, contrarian, and value-minded investor, or so I've been told.

While I sit here on my hands, I have to wonder what the traders in Hong Kong know that I'm somehow overlooking.
