I don't know if any of us can really tell whats going on with regard to their finance arrangements by looking at l2. Some of the selling you might be seeing could be coming from an acquaintance of mine. I know he jumped in head long but has had to sell some off (at a loss) because he needed to free up funds. I'm sure there are probably others that are in the same situation. jmho. glty
