Actually yes there is. Very solid churn today building a new level even if shares were added today.

TXHE is one of the most shorted stocks on the OTC. CDEL is well known to work for shorters. It makes sense they would be here and will continue to be here for a while. They need to cover their shorts.
It has nothing to do with conversions...Good news is that if the news is a reverse merger as most of us believe, then the pps will move so fast that CDEL and the shorts will be chasing causing what is called a "short squeeze" which will send this on an epic run.
