False, just a handful of states......Federal Law still trumps and why states are having banking issues....but all matters not because THCT has no product for sale, just a prototype and then plans to buy a Spa and renovate it. Complete nonsense and folks need to realize that they are going to dish out millions of shares for this Strip Mall Spa and those will be diluted very quickly.
FYI, Strip Mall spas are not big money makers at all, in fact, most fail.
