The con men and *women* running this scam are raking in the dough hand over foot. As long as there are those foolish enough to invest is scams like PTOI they will continue until eventually being criminally charged or subjected to enforcement actions. Investors will lose most if not all of their investment. Rinse and repeat. Just like each and every other one of *master's* PROmoted penny stock scams.
