Loans are not from financial institutions. You are seeing a shell game.
The front pocket loans money to the back pocket at interest. Or, a favored insider will use one of his other companies to make the loan.
This is a very, very, scummy game being played with these loans to give the false appearance that you showed in your post. "Hey, they keep getting money loaned to them so everything must be fine. Certainly the lenders know what is going on".
Don't let them fool you.
