No. It has no due date. It will come out when everything falls in line and the right time presents itself. Could be today.
Could be next week. Could be next month.
It will come though. Likely waiting on the next steps to begin. Tons of things have to happen behind the scenes we will likely never hear about on a project this size.
I think it is completed just waiting. They have a plan. We just have to be patient.
