j cali- the concept of Rexista has been around for quite some time. I am sure prior art will come into play here. It will be interesting to see how this all develops. Only time will tell if the court thinks IPCI violated these patents. But I have to agree with others that this MAY only be a stall tactic on Purdue's part.
