But it was so concise he didn't include all of the positive things that have occurred for USRM since 12-31-2016. The only USRM event in 2017 he mentioned was the stock dilution. No mention of the USRM balance sheet being cleared of toxic debt. no mention of USRM's RMAT application. No mention of the suit by Northstar being settled. No mention of the buyout offers referenced in the 8-k. No mention of the USRM agreement with GACP. etc. etc. etc.
