So many times the last "tick" of the day is a trade for fewer than a thousand shares. Usually, its at the bid (frustrating), bringing down the closing price. It was nice to see it go the other way today.

Of course, for L/T investors (such as myself), it probably means nothing, but an uptick is an uptick!
