I'm not sure if it was a week ago but a friend of mine tried buying it last week and he could not...

Thank goodness he had an ETrade account and picked up .0033's..

In my opinion if you really want to trade in the pennies you need to have an ETrade account end of message..

you do realize that OTC markets is privately owned company and not connected to any regulatory body of the stock market? they could make a smiley face sign if they wanted lol OtC markets charges companies to join their club thats it... going from stop sign to current requires a payment, thats all
