Actually it's not that bad (for me) I have margin set up on my Fidelity IRA...and love that I don't have to worry about ST 20% cap gains tax vs the 10% early withdrawal in the IRA.

That's about it in my opinion .. Fidelity has prevented lots of people from making lots of money. I've never once been denied a stock trade on eTrade ever.
