Your claim is bad data. The FDA did not say there was a problem with the data. That is what I am responding to. Companies are rejected for many different reasons. It does not necessarily mean their data is bad - which is what you are claiming.
The data might be bad. I don't know. But that's why I'm asking you for evidence to back up your claim.
