btw i started discussing this (mkt cap) here .. back in 2012

it pertains to illegal stock manipulation .. 9 years and counting on PTOI this month

it impacts *everything* with P2O's ability to execute (first sale and
ancillary material events NR *cant* ignore .. i.e. independent BoD seated)
and RH's ability to articulate

funny how for the last month this venue got to read that the K wouldn't
be filed .. it was .. the 8K wouldn't be filed .. it was ..

mr. methodical and conservative always *files* ..

there are 4 co-equal reasons P2O has survived original and overlapping
efforts against it ..

founder's tech
former director's documentation
current ceo's millions infused
actual P2O investors .. many of whom have never sold one share
