They have been in the process of completing an audit for 7 years. Now, somehow, in 4 days they will not only complete the audit but simultaneously merge with another Pink company (that stopped filing 18 months ago), receive a 65M cash infusion and move straight to NASDAQ. Yeah. That makes perfect sense and absolutely doable.
