Or clearly he thought it would be past a dime soon after the r/m was announced. It was just announced Thursday (Friday in China). Who knows, maybe he's even aware of a few deep pocket investors that would be loading. :-D

let's say you're right, and the company does a 1 for 5 RS. so what? who cares? the stock would hold its value. any dip would be pounced on, and the new OS would be 150M shares.

but why would the company want to reduce its float that much? they've been dealing in new entities with preferreds, and why should that change?

I believe the strike price was $.30 and they issued at $.10
