A contract announcement is always positive but unfortunately the industry practice is to not announce the contract amount so no way to know what the bottom line impact will be.
On most days volume is anemic which is indicative that the company remains well under the radar or that there simply is not much interest.
When MJCO was newly listed had it quickly moved to $10+ (with some excitement) using the stock as currency they could have done some acquisitions becoming a much bigger presence in the industry. Instead on the CC's they "talk" about maybe doing an acquisition but nothing has happened.
