This stuff is too funny - absolutely no one believes that Exxon is going to acquire MMEX or provide the financing for the Oil Refinery.

If there was a need for a oil refinery Exxon would build it. As I stated Exxon cancelled their lease on the San Pedro Ranch property that surrounds the Hayes Parker property - Parker has been trying to sell the property for well over a year and Exxon didn't bite.

There isn't a contract with KPE - how can there be when MMEX doesn't own the property and doesn't have the financing - so you believe that Exxon is going to provide MMEX $450 million in financing with a unsecured loan.
