Nice summary DD. One additional point is that this will attract a very different group of investors once it registers with Form 10. And those investors very definitely care about things like price to sales, price to earnings, and price to book.

It might take a few weeks to get this up there, but I see no reason why this isn't going to get past 0.005 or even a penny.
