What's so DISASTER with the OS around 60+ Millions shares?

I may have to DIG DEEPER into this previous management team.
However, I've SEEN WORSE SS then RQHTF ATM.
*The RED ALERT I see is UNLIMITED AS..
Anytime I see anything UNLIMITED SS I CRINGED.
