No problem. The CVRs almost certainly will not be something you can publicly trade. The ones I got fro VSTI are not liquid. They show in my account but there is no symbol and I can't enter an order to sell them. I suppose I could arrange some kind of private sale but it would be way more complicated and expensive than hitting the sell button and paying a standard commission to my broker. Best to assume that if you are holding INNL on the day the deal closes you get $1.75 plus the CVRs which would be set and not transferable (at least not liquid). L2hunter posted a schedule of the milestones an associated payouts a few posts back. The last milestone and payment was at the end of 2020 if I recall correctly.

For VTSI I received an escrow share for each share I had. I then have received several payments through each of those escrow shares. I would assume the same here - multiple payments against each escrow share (CVR) as opposed to a separate CVR for each milestone. Simpler that way.

Don't feel dumb. It is a complicated and somewhat unusual transaction. I only feel confident laying out what I think will happen due to having had the similar setup (including collecting a couple post buyout payments via the CVRs) in VTSI a while back.
