Better study up....as not a single Form 4 has been filed with the SEC, and therefore your claim of Lewis and/or Berman dumping is not only invalid, but it is outright ludicrous and preposterous. According to the SEC:

"Changes in ownership are reported on Form 4 and must be reported to the SEC within two business days."
