PS - if I could suggest to not go too far down that rabbit hole - that is, a belief that MMs are the primary cause of any depreciation in stock price. While price action can be attributed to any number of influences, in the end, even the heavily manipulated OTC is vulnerable to the fundamental market action of buying and selling. To this end, MJTK is down because buy-volume is down.

L2 is a great tool for telling you something about a specific point-in-time. If the only tool in the tool belt is L2, one would certainly drift towards the notion that evil market makers are stealing their investment capital. After all, any one watching L2 and a trade tape can witness what would appear to be awkward trading from time to time. But apply a different tool such as charting, and one will typically see a clear reason why a stock price has depreciated (influenced most heavily by volume).

I say this from past experience - L2 is a great tool - but it could lead one to focus on conspiracy theories about MM influence on price action rather than remaining focused on more predictable market factors. I say this with great respect to the power and influence of MMs, but generally, MMs are most concerned with maintaining a market for the security. They want liquidity. They are in effect, part of market condition. And magnified on da OTC.
